John Hill and Atlantic Records Sign Wafia to New Collab Project

October 31, 2019

Wafia's newest single "Flowers & Superpowers" was just released under Atlantic and Rodeo records. She's always been known for her break up ballads, but now the electro-pop singer joins a new adventure with a new meaning behind some of her music.

Hill has worked with Demi Lovato's "Tell Me You Love Me", Portugal. the Man's "Feel It Still" and Shakira records.

Only 26, Wafia created waves as the vocalist in Louis the Child's "Better Not." The track was certified Gold by the RIAA, and has over 126 million streams on Spotify. Now based in Los Angeles after growing up in Australia, the grammy-nominated singer has built on that following with her break up ballad "I'm Good," which Hill produced. Then released "Hurts," her latest collaboration with Louis the Child which also features Whethan.

Calling it a "homie" track, it was an opportunity for her to work with people who have become like family. Now, she feels the same way that she's in good hands with Hill.
