For the Pizzaoki contest page, enter starting at 12:00pm (PT) on October 16, 2019 and ending at 5:00PM (PT) on November 30, 2019 by going to glowsd.com/contests, clicking on this contest's link, and completing the online entry form. On or about October 16, 2019 at 5:00PM (PT) up to one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all entries received, and upon verification of eligibility, each will receive pizza from Pizzaoki delivered, courtesy of Ultra Music Records.
